Barley Family

One of the most important features of barley bread is that it contains a variety of vitamins of group B, E and calcium, phosphate minerals. This bread controls the blood sugar level in the body.

Be careful that no barley bread can be produced purely from barley flour and barley flour and wheat flour must be mixed together. Also, not every dark bread is barley bread! Barley bread has a higher density and a more consistent texture than white bread. Of course, it must be said that barley bread is not as tasty as white bread.
